  Zero stars!!!!! i got a coffee yesterday morning and i was almost finished drinking it and felt something in my mouth with the coffee it started crawling around my mouth so i spit all the coffee out. there was a decent sized cockroach inside the coffee!! i called to inform them about it and they were joking around in the background and then the manager said she knows for a fact they don't have any cockroaches. She tried telling me that a cockroach wouldn't fit in the tiny whole you drink through so it couldn't of gotten in there and when i explained that it must have been in the cup before they put the coffee in she acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. then she acted annoyed and just flat out told me what i wanted her to do about it because it seemed like i was obviously wasting her time!! what kind of manager treats problems like this? they definitely lost a good customer forever.
